As the official State of the Union delivers what many expect to be empty promises and misinformation, “State of the People” offers an alternative—a 24-hour livestream amplifying the voices and issues that truly matter to our communities.

“It’s time for all of us to take a stand. Join us as we uplift the issues that matter, demand accountability for the harm caused, and chart a path forward where we can thrive,” says Angela Rye, one of the event’s organizers.

The public is invited to register and watch live at StateOfThePeople.media from March 3, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET through March 4, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET.
