Queen Latifah To Headline BET Experience 2024
The 2024 BET Experience returns to Los Angeles with a lineup of star-studded concerts and more. Set to take place from June 26-30, the events conclude with the 2024 BET Awards. This year marks the revival of the multi-day event following a five-year hiatus due to a cancellation in 2020 caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
According to the Associated Press, legendary talent Queen Latifah will headline a show at The Hollywood Bowl on June 29, alongside performances by Common, Jungle Brothers, and The Roots. A new generation of talent, including Cardi B, Gunna, Davido, and Sexyy Red, is booked to perform the day before at Crypto Arena.
The BET Experience will also include the BET Fan Fest at the Los Angeles Convention Center, featuring seminars on fashion, health, food, and financial empowerment, as per AP.
“BET Experience will be the ultimate destination for premier brands, such as our presenting partner Walmart, to authentically connect with fans and celebrate the richness of Black culture,” detailed Louis Carr, President of Media Sales of BET Media Group, in a press statement.
“Historically, BETX has been a core part of our brand success, offering bespoke opportunities for our partners to join our celebration of Black culture and directly engage with consumers and multiple segments of the Black community in meaningful, impactful ways.”
